The sample can be shipped at room temperature (< 35° C), or on ice if the surrounding environment’s temperature is higher than 35°C. The sample should be received in less than a week at a MIRA™ lab.

Store the tissue sample in the provided cryotube at 4 degrees Celsius for at least 8 hours (or overnight) before shipment.

At room temperature, away from sunlight.

We guarantee at least a year from date of receival (but actually RNALater does not provide a shelf life).

In the current phase, it is two weeks from time of sample receival at MIRA™’s lab.

Natural cycle or hormone replacement therapy (progesterone) cycle

Yes, if the treatment type or dose is changed, then the biopsy will need to be retaken and MIRA™ needs to be redone. Different treatment cycles or changes in dosage under the same treatment cycle may affect the hormone levels and alter the best timing for embryo implantation, which is why we recommend that MIRA™ should be redone if treatment conditions are altered.
